This place is absolutely five-star. The office is spotless, the staff is incredibly caring, and the level of knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. I came here after Nellie Gail Urgent Care severely worsened my ear by prescribing the wrong medication and using an inappropriate cleaning procedure (lavage) while I had otitis externa. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Oh – I wish he could be my doctor for everything! I came in with terrible headaches, and he took his time to figure things out properly, starting with gentle approaches instead of rushing. He explains everything so clearly. My brother was suffering from awful recurring nosebleeds. Dr. Oh knew exactly what the issue was when he examined him and recommended a simple nasal spray – it worked and completely fixed the problem. My follow-ups have been just as thorough and careful.
