I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. I saw the physician assistant, Shweta Gupta, and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. During the exam, she barely looked in my ear before quickly stating that I had a fungal infection. The evaluation felt rushed and not thorough. When I asked her to explain what she saw, there was a noticeable pause before she mentioned “black dots,” which did not come across as a confident or well-supported diagnosis. This place is absolutely five-star. The office is spotless, the staff is incredibly caring, and the level of knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. I came here after Nellie Gail Urgent Care severely worsened my ear by prescribing the wrong medication and using an inappropriate cleaning procedure (lavage) while I had otitis externa.
