The service at Tustin Pontiac Buick GMC is the best!! Everything goes right when we take our cars to Tustin GMC ... the service is right, the price is right, the staff treats us right, and the car is ready right on time.
I drive 35 miles, past several other dealers, to get service work done on my '96 Buick. It looks like new and thanks to their attention to detail it runs like new. I would NEVER go anywhere except Tustin Buick.
I have had Tustin GMC work on my last 2 Duramax pickups. There have been some factory problems but their mechanics were able to remedy the problems. The service personnel have been very courteous and friendly and whenever possible, they have given me a rental car while my truck was in for factory warranty or extended warranty repairs.
recently brought my yukon xl in for some work was helped right away. very accomadating to my needs offered me a shuttle to work. was contacted on the needs of my truck and was given a priority as to why i should take care of them in that order. truck was picked up and was clean.
We've had our Yukon for two years now and have had all service done at Tustin. Though we bought it at another store, when we found out how convenient Tustin GMC was for us we dropped it off for our first scheduled maintenance and have never taken it anywhere else. I've never felt pressured to do something - they've always presented the options in an informative and helpful manner. They're helpful and the service is always done in a timely manner.

I purchased a truck here and have had my vehicles serviced here for more than 10 years. They were very accomodating when I was searching for a vehicle and service has been excellent ever since. I can't see taking my truck anywhere else.
I thought the power steering unit was going out on my Chevy Silverado but I kept putting off getting it taken care of because A.) I didn't have a good place to take it to get it looked out and B.) I didn't know if I wanted to sell a kidney to pay for it. A friend recommended Tustin as a place with a good and honest service manager so away I went.
