I just purchased a 2011 Sierra Denali Pick Up and Khalid Latif was the salesman that helped me. A true professional and very likeable and knowledgable fellow. I had made an appointment on line with him for a test drive and though I was a few moments early he was ready with the truck that I had identified on line. It was quick and painless and an enjoyable process from sales to finance (Jane griffin). Thanks you two for one of my favorite auto buying experiences . Have a great 2011

Recently experienced Super Service at Tustin Buick on my 2009 Buick Enclave CXL. Rob Krause-Service Writer was very thorough; Dave Jones-Head Mechanic was not satisfield until I was satisfied-as a customer, I like this attitude and will be back again.

Let's face it...there is an issue of trust that keeps most people away from dealership service, only to find themselves seeking service when something terrible has gone wrong. We recently leased a 2011 buick regal from tustin pontiac. Our salesperson, Kal Latif, was professional and service oriented. The administrative staff was supportive. I recommend you visit this dealership if interested in a GM vehicle.

I recently had work done on my pickup truck at this location. I waited for the repair work to be done, so had an opportunity to observe many areas of the dealership, which were all very friendly and professional. The work was finished in a timely manner and there were no other "SUGGESTED REPAIRS" that should be done. I appreciate the honesty & helpful service from sevice consultant, Jeff Mc Camey, and will return, without any hesitation, for any and all future service I might need.

I go to Tustin Buick GMC for all of the GM parts. I don't know how big their inventory is but they seem to have most every part that i need in stock. I have had to have them order parts for me several times and have been surprised when they call me the next day to tell me that they have arrived
