Specialties Apartment rentals of luxury apartments with an urban look. History Established in 2008. These buildings were built as condos, but didn't sell at the time of the recession. Now, they are renting. Meet the Manager Dawn K. Manager I have been with Riverstone Residential for over 4 years. I started as a leasing consultant at another property and worked my way up as an Assistant Property Manager. I have worked really hard at all the awards I have won over th years to accomplish my goals.

Very poor customer service. Was given one price and when i applied it was a different price.
Horrible customer service. Called to inquire about a unit and the guy was totally rude and not helpful.

The worst place to live. If your utilities get broken, you have to wait for, at least, two weeks, in order to get fixed or replaced.
I Moved in a little less than a year ago and my stay here has been great. The property Manager Rebecca is wonderful and she makes sure work orders are done in a timely manner and makes sure her residents are happy. She even helped me figure out my TV . This property has no pool but the apartments are WAY LARGER than all of the other places in the area with built in book shelves in the walls and beautiful counters and kitchens. I love this place and i intend to stay for a while.
