Very disappointed about my service. I'm paying for services not given. I was told by the dentist that there was no communication within the office and he offered to return $501 charged. How could this happen, and how many times has it happen? I just happen to catch it this time. Trust issues are damaging for any business!!!
I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the very beginning, scheduling was easy, and they gave me an appointment quickly. When I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, which made me feel very comfortable. The lady who took my X-rays was so careful and considerate of my TMJ condition, knowing that I can’t fully open my mouth. Dr. Cuellar was equally attentive and professional.
