Lived there a year and it was nothing but problems . Bad electrical problems in the house , left with out a working toliet for over a week only bathroom. They called plumbers to fix it and then when the plumbers told them what it would be to fix it they said dont tell the ppl that live there and just leave . Quenton and his team managed my property in Houston for several years, for some time things were ok, but this last year I received rent payments very late and then all of a sudden they disappeared. They would not answer emails, would not answer phone calls and I didn't receive payment for rent. As it turns out my tenant moved out and my place and was left vacant. Does anyone have their current office address? They're currently dodging my friends attempt to serve them, and they are giving her the run around at small claims court. Half the people on their website don't work there any longer, and their phone number and address listed is not correct either.
