We experienced a problem with our life time guaranteed roof. We contacted Tusing office and the concern was never documented. A month or so later, made an office visit and representatives from Tusing came out to inspect. Months later, another representative shows up on our doorstep very early and unannounced. Requested a return visit in an hour or two, and got nothing. We are still waiting on a resolution

Intial review: We were very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism. Dwayne was terrific to work with and kept us informed. The dogs liked him too! The foreman was incredible to watch, he had that crew humming. It was incredible to watch the job get completed in one day with excellent clean up. Almost 2 yrs later - fans are all working well and roof still looks great. We've had no problems at all.
We own a few properties in the Sandusky area and use Tusing Builders regularly. They are honest, reliable, creative in their solutions and great communicators. We work with Greg Reynolds and he goes above and beyond to work with us and with our tenants. Highly recommend!!
Tusing has been working with us since 2013. First building our home/barn then in 2017 constructing a pole barn. The crew's experience and knowledge makes for a smooth construction process. Our home and pole barn are of the highest quality. The personalities of Bret and his crew make the time they spent with us enjoyable.
