Too much roaches. I have 6 months baby so that I can’t call pest control and my baby got allergy due to roaches said by doctor. My doctor is saying I have to move because of allergy to my baby due to roaches and leasing office saying that I have to pay extra 3 months rent to move right now.... they think money is bigger than people’s life

Got woken up at 3:25 am to water noise. There's a massive leak on my kitchen ceiling. I've been trying to have this sorted since March 20. Its pouring rain out and my kitchen looks like it has waterfall. At 10pm last night maintenance said that they couldn't do anything and it was just a small drip. It's been 30 mins since I called emergency maintenance and emptied the bucket twice... I'm still waiting... Update: 40 mins after calling emergency maintenance and no one responds. This has to be the worst apartment community. The staff are unprofessional as hell. Do yourself a favor and not rent here. They will raise your rent by $50 not like other places where it's gradual. They dont want "black" people standing around, but other races can hang in the hallways and in the parking lot. Just ridiculous.
