When I first saw this apartment complex online I fell in love, but after moving in and only being here for less than 3 months, I’ve had more problems than I can count. When we moved in, my roommate had a bullet hole in her window that was only fixed with tape and it took them weeks to fix. Our washer and dryer has repeatedly given us problems. Horrible. Getting worst and worst every month. All the money you pay to move away from drama and its back here as well. Trash, Neighbors, Parking, Staff and so on. Everybody in my building throws their food outside the door and on the steps. Will Be Moving Out
This is undoubtedly one of the worst properties I have ever lived. Staff changes every 3 months, and similarly do not solve problems. Besides that. The pool is NEVER clean. When you go to complain they say the paint is green. The reality is that they don't have a company to clean the pool. they just throw chlorine. Horrible. Trash compactor is always broken. Many insects entering the apartments. You will only have problems here

My girlfriend and I lived here for the last year (2018) and it seemed like a nice place in the beginning. We were shown a very nice model only to get a poorly re-painted unit. Our problems started from day one when our pro rate was screwed up. The management team was probably the worst I’ve experienced. Over the year it was nothing but disruptive tenants screaming at each other at 3am, dirty pool half the time, overflowed garbage, cars broken into, and dog waste almost everywhere you walk.
