We are sad to move from our home at Tuscany Villas we spent 6 wonderful years there. Great place to live, wonderful people. Management took care of all our needs with great work ethics. Mara Ponce the manager was always helpful and professional. Always with a smile on her face, she made sure all features of the complex were in working order. Thank you Mara for you hard work.
I hope people haven’t been fooled by this complex … I hope people realize this complex has black mold and isn’t worth the price of rent. They won’t give you your direct deposit back and claim they clean the apartments before people move in . apartment was warm down when I lived there. I hope customer service is better cause it wasn’t the best when I lived there . Good luck making calls to the leasing office . Maintenance is not 24 hours and it takes a while or days before they responded and aided tenants like me. For the first time in my life as a tenant, this is not okay especially we keep having clogged toilets and tub that are unable to use and the landlord keep ignoring me because she said i have attitude?!?! How can you not be mad or upset when it takes too long or few days for them to respond then the maintenance is not 24 hours
Buen dia.gente de tuscany, son un exelente conjunto residencial, muy buenas areas, en piscina, gimnacio, areas verdes. Lavanderia, y una exelente atencion por todo el personal q labora en tuscany villas. Y su exelente gerencia por parte de la sen̈ora Mara Ponce.
