Florida Girl My BF and I moved into these apts at the begining of this year. We got a good deal and rent is reasonable for the area. Although these apts are not the nicest one's around I feel safe there and we have never had any issues. We have an apt on 3rd floor so we have nice vaulted cielings and a quiet lanai with a view of the pond, washer & dryer came with the apt. Pool is nice an usually not packed with to many kids. Good place to live, quiet, dog friendly, clean,nice,stores,and gas stations near it, the staff at the front office super nice, Cindy the manager super attentive with everything, Ashley assistant manager always willing to help you, Ana and Monique the 2 beautiful girls at the front always helping you in anything, they both speak Spanish and really nice. I have being living here at Tuscany 8 years and i love this place since the new crew at the front office is there i can tell is amazing � Cindy,Ashley, Ana, Monique they do a wonderful job. Ana and Monique are your girls if you need help with your Spanish God bless this lady’s always have a smile �on their faces.
