Let me say first that during the two years I lived here my rent went up significantly. Second, the property needs updating and the price is high for its current condition. Third, upon moving out I was surprised about the things I was charged for. The bathroom tile and porcelain surfaces have been painted over. Update: 7/10/25 The new keycard system is working much better than the previous system. The front gate should be operational soon, its been a frustrating issue to the residents. the new staff is great, very responsive and attentive, especially Veronica! Update: 5/30/25 The property is really coming along and we can see the improvements. I would like to recognize Orlando, the maintaine tech for going above and beyond to fix any and all issues as soon as possible. Muy buen lugar ,con un excelente servicio de la administración que nos ayudaron a acomodarnos en un nuevo apartamento después de dos años de vivir aquí. Un área extremadamente tranquila. Recomendada 100%. Pregunte por el seguro Jetty si no tienes suficiente dinero de depósito. Wow muy bueno 👌
