Do not recommend. Previous management was amazing while the new one isn’t. Less than a month as manager and already on a power trip and constantly sending letters out to everyone about every little thing. Not worth the lack of peace in your life.
The staff is disgusting, no customer service skills whatsoever. Manager Shirley is even worse than her staff, attitude is terrible and she has a very nasty demeanor. The apartments don't have any lighting in the bedrooms so you would have to buy lamps. From what Tennants tell me it also takes a very long time for problems to get resolved and they also have a bug problem which causes them to have to spray your apartment weekly.
I think it's a great place to live for your money's worth and whenever you put in a work order it doesn't take them long to fix the problem
Tuscany place is great place to live & nice apt... I lived here 9 years now, I'm just still love my apt& atmosphere & people work there.. Very high recommend !!!!!
