parking and crime is bad parking extremely limited. expect to be towed. if you plan to have friends over its not gonna happen.again no parking. my truck was stolen from here and yet to be found.
Responsive and Friendly Love living here - the new owners are very responsive and friendly. Maintenance responds very quickly when needed. Looking forward to the renovations that are taking place.
review Have had nothing but a good experience living here. The staff is very friendly and when I’ve had issues they’ been very prompt on responding and resolving my issues. In the two years I’ve lived here I’ve only had to contact them twice on minor appliance issues. Would recommend living here to anyone.
Very unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. I had to turn in my keys on a Friday at 3:45pm. The manager Mary had called in and my appointment was changed without any notice. I show up on Friday, after already letting her know I was on my way, to the surprise that she wasn’t even there. They couldn’t let me know that the appointment was changed. love my home I have lived at Westridge since they opened and love it.. Beautiful property and great location.
Don't move here! The management is quite inefficient at there jobs one girl I'll call her S#a gets paper work all wrong or you do your part and she plays on her phone all day and forgets about it and then she makes up a lie and says it's computer problems and I have to re-do all the paperwork again. They all party together. Except for one who does there job GREAT, but they fired her. Office and Maintenance a joke Moved in September 2015. Unit wasn't complete when moved it (gave it time, brand new complex I understand these things happen) shoddy repairs, absolutely NO sealing on ANY windows or doors (never fixed). Inside my unit there is no flooring in the water heater closet, so its literally dirt, which has led to mice, and bugs. Mom's home My mom has lived at Quail Creek for about 5-6 years. The manager, Wanda is so helpful and friendly. She has been a good friend to my mother and family. The apartments are kept up well. They paint and clean the carpets. It is an old building and government subsidized so the rent is actually affordable and it is a bargain. Also my mom feels safe because the apartments are all inside and she knows her neighbors and they look out for each other. It has been a God send!
It's a pretty good place I'll start with my apartment. I live near the back and its pretty quiet on this end. The grounds are nicer in the common areas but in front of some of the apartments it could use work. There are places where sod is needed. During the high big seasons I've never had a problem with ants; however crickets can get abundant and mosquitoes can be thick.
