Don’t rent here they are ripping people off I’ve lived here 4 years and this past year has been the worst. The newest apartment manager Katrina doesn’t do her job well at all. They unprofessional on so many levels. For one they raise my rent in October of 2018 with out notification. They continued letting me pay the incorrect of rent for 4 months before telling me my rent went up. Perfect place to call home I live here and the apartments are nice and roomy. The property is quiet. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is friendly and quick. Good location, great community!
Poor Lived here for 6 months the air conditioning doesnt work well Everytime there is a problem it is hard to get in contact with the manager and maintenance takes more than a week to show up for urgent issues like a broken toilet. The property manager keeps getting fired so we dont know who to contact anymore.
Terrible experience I lived here for around a year. If you care about having other people in your life in the slightest, do not move here. I’m not exaggerating when I say that they tow whenever they get the chance. My friend was towed at 5pm when there were literally over a dozen spots available around her and was only inside my place for an hour or so. Also, management is very rude.
Terrible complex Rent is lost in the mail and you are charged late fees. They refuse to accept rent payment through the office or dropbox.must be mailed. Heater is turned on 10 months a year and are charged 50.00 to turn it on sooner apartments get up to 90 degrees pets are let loose and sometimes attack other tenants. Disappointed I toured the apartments it was very nice. Filled out the application she told me I was approved, I ask when I could put down an deposit, then she told me never mind because they don’t accept FULL TIME STUDENTS!!! Very upset because I told her that I needed this apartment it’s close to Walmart & Kroger’s & I’m pregnant and don’t have time to be stressing looking for apartments & that I was satisfied with this one. Terrible apartments if you have kids or family Moved here almost a month ago, as a single mom of 2 toddlers. My kids aand I really like the apartments from what we saw, and Loved the pool. Since being here the pool has been closed and they kept telling us it will be open soon but never happened. I called again today to see b this was the day they said it will be open again. Rude It be nice if the construction workers would clean up after there selves when they are done with there job ! Because I’m tired cleaning up there mess it’s have respect for people stuff !! And wouldn’t suggest this place for someone looking for a one bedroom apartment to small !! And the washer and dryer u can’t have one Because so u can’t put one it just so you know smh !
