I created a horrible review for the apartments (lived here for two years bathroom toilet still does not work had to fix AC leaking and carpet mold plus dish washer and garbage disposal didn’t work as well) there was a lady who commented on my post and I wanted to reach out to her directly. They are the worst apartments to rent in San Antonio. All the apartments are full of cockroaches, the access doors to the property are not repaired, they are all damaged, the pool is dirty and the water is black, the public areas are full of garbage, they let people outside the property enter as all the doors are damaged, the laundry areas suck full of trash and all the washers and dryers are broken, they do not maintain the apartments. My daughter has been here going on a year with multiple issues since November! Cannot wait for her to get out of here!!!
They do not do repairs in a timely manner. Waiting over four months to get a water leak in tub fixed.
I have been living in the apartment for 2 years and we have spent the worst years of my life in this place, the pest control never comes and they charge us for the service, the washing machines are all broken, they get upset when you claim something wrong done by them, my apartment is of the "renewed" but every week you have to call maintenance to come to fix a drawer, or a socket or the air (which does not cool or not heated) is all full of cockroaches, I do not know which product to use since each week are more cockroaches... read more

Best choice to live so far quiet clean and managaemenrt very good no maintance issues yet I would recommend this complex to anyone
DO NOT DO IT! It’s roach infested, staff will not communicate with you about pest control arrival or cancellations. The “upgrade” is not worth it or is a simple horrible paint job. I cannot wait until July so that I can move out this dump! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I promise it will be the worse year of your life.
