I went to Tuscany Jewelers because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, I believe I got ripped off! I needed to replace the batteries in two inexpensive watches. I didn’t question the cost up front because I had a Jeweler replace a watch battery last year and it only cost $8.00. Tuscany charged me $40 for two batteries!! I am hard pressed to believe that $40 is a fair current price! I will NOT be going back there!!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they keep their storefront and showroom floor in great shape, really classy environment. They’ve been doing great repair+ maintenance work on my jewelry for years. 10/10 recommend.
We were immediately greeted and introduced to Neha who went above and beyond helping us to find the perfect pendant !! I love Tuscany jewelers and the entire experience was 10 out of 10 !! I feel that the pricing was great and I had a budget when I walk in to the store and i discussed my budget and they made it happen!! I stand by this review and I would absolutely recommend Tuscany jewelers to anyone looking for any piece of jewelry.
