This HOA is abusive, retaliatory, and completely out of control. Tuscany Hills HOA charges $203/month, and yet offers little transparency or accountability for how our money is spent. Many residents believe services provided are worth no more than $50/month. The board appears more interested in spending funds and controlling residents than protecting property values. Nice and clean pool with security Safe
It was Election time for board members and we received our ballot the day before the Election so we wanted to find out where to take it. The Security guard said closed on Monday come back Tuesday. Thank you dear
I've been living here for going on five years now it's usually pretty quiet here but lately there are random people doing burnouts up and down the streets and some creep flying a drone over people's back yards while kids are playing and while the kids are having there baseball games other then that's it's a great place to live
