RecommendedThe lead maintenance man here is the best!! He is quick and one of the nicest maintenance guys I’ve ever met! I appreciate him so much! I called (after hours) and he was there within minutes! Five star service right there!!
Aspen park pool has 1 lounge/layout chair. This is a huge complex of apartments and you have to lay on the hot sidewalk to layout. Ridiculous!!!
DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT HERE YOUR STUFF WILL GET STOLEN JUST LIKE MINE HAS!! There has been multiple times mine has gotten stolen and they won’t do anything about it.
Moved in back in march and have had troubles since. They had 2 weeks notice of the move in date. apartment wasnt ready. It was dirty and there were holes under sinks. Toilet wouldnt flush, had to call 2 times to get it fully fixed. The heater was going out and they kept saying nothing was wrong till it broke. Now almost a full month and I kept calling about having cold water. Still not fixed after calling 5 times! They just kept resetting it to mask the issue. Been robbed twice by “workers” coming in while I’m on vacation, three years they can’t fix my broken smoke detector, but now both trips I have taken I get cleaned out… with no forced entry… place is trash, thanks again for robbing me and setting me back again this year, asked if I would like to change my locks again with a smile… such trash
