The crime here is high. My husband witnessed the largest drug deal he’s ever seen and nothing was done about it. I take my dogs to the dog park, this morning some shady man was staring us down... my gut said go, so I did, my puppers weren’t done running around and they hadn’t pottied yet. I will not let my child go outside. It is not safe.

Recently, however, on 4 different occasions I was told my rent was late or that I hadn’t paid my pet deposit even though I have always paid the first of the month. An office worker actually argued with my dad saying we owed. He called the bank and our check had cleared. Our payments were applied to other apartments. RecommendedLived here for 7 months while I went to school. It was a great stay never had any problems here! Great lady's in office, maintenance was fast to respond to a problem. All around great place to live!
RecommendedThis apartment is a great place. The staff is very professional and courteous. My entry and exit processes were made so easy. Premises are clean and peaceful. Ashley was very friendly and welcoming all the time. If you are looking for an apartment in this part of the town, Nickel Creek is a great choice.
