I've lived here for about 6 years and recently the incompetence has been astounding. The management turnover is just the start. My washing machine has been broken for over a month and I've been getting the runaround. Not only have they ignored my calls and requests, but nobody has also offered any compensation for my having to go elsewhere to do my laundry!!!
