Only gets 1 star since all they do is charge you for a roof and 4 walls. Management is the worst. They have contacted me A YEAR AFTER moving out with a BILL that i owe them $400. BE ADVISED-- YOU will be charged for any past tenants' messes or "wear and tear" to the apartment. They are keep increasing my rent every month without notice even though I don't do my lease renew yet.....
I don't want to recommend Tuscany garden to any one I am a resident here for 5 years.they always charge extra it's been long I wast paying rent in office with money order they told me to pay online and as I try to pay online they charge me $38 extra service fee without informing us.so unreasonable and pointless.i hope this would be my last year here.

This place sucks. Multiple cars have been vandalized multiple times, including my own. They will tow your car even if your tag is visible. Walls are paper thin can hear people's conversations right next door, plus many other things you don't want to hear.. The neighborhood is extremely unsafe. Have seen multiple car chases and heard gunshots. I found Tuscany Gardens and decided here would be the most affordable; I was still a student and working part time. The area seemed fine but I saw my kitchen window and there were metal bars across it and I had an "emergency" button plugged to my outlet that directed a call to the police if I ever needed to press the button.
