They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Do not ever hire this man. Complete incompetence! No attention to detail. Hired cheap contractors and doesn’t oversee them. Didn’t protect our floors or countertops (both of which are scratched and chipped). Ordered wrong items or wrong sizes. Dumped cement in the lake bed. Ordered a picture window that never arrived. And the toilet….. I cant even! The list is endless!

Be wary of Eric Klein or any of his businesses to provide construction services. Klein has many past businesses, including Tuscany Custom Homes (LLC and Inc), TCH Framing and Siding, Monterey Homes, XLQ Inc., and Eric Klein Homes. These entities have allowed Klein to avoid responsibility for his construction failures. I have the same problem. Have not received my check after repeated contacts.
I would be hesitant to do business with this company. Unfortunately for our small company, they don't like to pay their bills.
