Just moved in about a month ago and so far things have been amazing. From the moment I applied Dana, she was very helpful kind and easy to talk to. So far my experience has been good, hopefully it will stay like that.
I haven’t had a working AC for a week and every time I go to the office they treat me like an annoyance for trying to get my AC repaired when it’s been 100 degrees all week. It took me talking to the youngest staff member who immediately got maintenance to put in a portable ac unit. Donna is wonderful. But everyone else I’ve talked to has talked down to me and ignored me completely when I’ve been asking and begging for them to just communicate what’s been going on with my ac not working. I have been looking for an affordable space in the area due to a recent new position. I visited this beautiful property after viewing many that were just OK. Danna Torres was the leasing agent I worked with when I arrived. She was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about the community. I’m thrilled to be moving in next month!
Overall, it’s not bad, but whenever there is an issue, they always say they will take care of it, and then nobody actually follows up. The apartment technicians also continue coming into my apartment with their shoes on. I have reported this many times, but nobody seems to care. It feels disrespectful, and it also seems like they do not have a proper maintenance process in place.
