yummy bagels, disgusting customer service – Good selection of breakfast pastries and bagels, okay coffee (really, starbucks is better) and TERRIBLE service and attitude. All of the emloyees look like they hate their job, and they reflect that back to the customer. I ordered an everything bagel with light cream cheese, and I got an onion bagel and very heavy cream cheese. Disappointing to say the least.
