I was consistently lied to by an inept staff that almost led to homelessness due to their almost malicious incompetence. They then had the audacity to send collections after me to pay a fee for services I never received.
I currently have carpenter ants coming through my front door and windows. I am allergic to ants and I have been killing them for days. I requested pest control that did nothing. Now I'm in an apartment that I am afraid to sleep in because ants are popping up everywhere. Great! So now I've contacted the front office five times. I've sent three maintenance requests. I currently live at this apartment complex and I have to say my experience so far is horrible. Since I’ve moved in, in April 2020 we are experiencing termites and roaches. Spiders coming from the ceiling cobwebs everywhere. This unit wasn’t properly prepared for me to move in & we dealt with Cherie in the office from January of this year 2020. Ever since IMT management has sold this property to Pinnacle group, my experience has gone from best to Worse. The management is only worried about money. The maintenance is usually not on time . You have call them again and again and emergency maintenance service is never responded on time. Even though, its a gated community, they have absolutely no control on who comes in and who goes out. The management at Tuscany Bay is only concerned about taking enormous rent. Issues related to property damage, hit and run cases are not looked at all. Even though it is a gated community, trucks from outside can come and go, hit parked vehicles and go, and no one is accountable or responsible.
It takes weeks if not months to get a maintenance request completed. My husband had to send a rude request before ONE of the things finally got fixed. When we moved in there was a big gouge in the bath that my 1 and 3 year old are supposed to use. It was not properly fixed before we moved in and after 5 weeks they are telling us we have to vacate the apt for 6-8 hours bc of the fumes. I have a 1 and 3 year who take naps.
