Living at the Preserve has been great. It was simple from beginning and straightforward. I didn't have to keep coming back and forth to seal my contract and got my keys quickly on move in day. I am in a renovated one bedroom and it is very nice. The white cabinets and black appliances make everything look so much more modern and especially for the price of the apartment it's a steal! i have lived here for 5 years and the grounds are really nice!!!!Green grass and trees and a beautiful pool area!!!!Maintenance people are really great and very prompt in fixing your problems. Management in the office are really great also! Larry Horn

Love living here! Staff is so helpful and maintenance is always on point. Location is great, very close to sunland park mall and other restaurants. My unit is very nice, came with new appliances and new carpet perfect for me. Moving in was very smooth and easy! Parking is always available and it is pet friendly here. Will be here for a long while.

Great place to live. My daughter and I are going on our fifth year of living here. Everyone is so nice. The office staff and the maintenance guys are terrific. Absolutely awesome.
