You get what you pay for. It’s very affordable for the area but was a terrible experience. Pay a little more for Ryan’s Crossing next door, and I guarantee you’ll have better quality of life. I came here from New York City. My apartment there had a mice infestation, it was noisy, and my building caught fire, causing me to live with a hole in my wall and floor for about three months. Don't put an apartment on hold! They will take your deposit. I didnt even view the apartment because they dont have any views...really they dont have an apartment yet on hold for me yet they cant give me back my hold deposit?! Manager hanged up on me when I asked what her supervisors last name was.
If you have not signed a lease for the new year or you are thinking about it. DON'T DO IT BEFORE READING THIS!!!!! I would consider myself to be reputable individual, moved here sight unseen from out of state and have no reason to lie about my experience at the Preserve at Mesa Hills. I love living here the neighbors & staff r great it's a great atmosphere bringing a baby into this world pretty soon I'm happy with where I live. The only thing is that one of my neighbors is leaving notes around the appts accusing someone of stealing some mail I believe from what I've read. I had company over the other day and they noticed it and brough it to my attention I was a little embarrassed by it. Other than that everything is great here and the place is always very clean so far I love living here.
