I've been a resident at Tuscany at Lindbergh for nearly 2 months. The community is gated and you have to use either a card or a callbox to get inside. Despite this, my car was vandalized and robbed in the resident parking. The catalytic converter was cut off of the bottom and the repair cost over $700 which is more than half of my rent. I couldn't get a number to contact security after-hours and had to resort to calling the police. Afterwards, the community manager refused to take responsibility for covering the damages. Th... read more

Terrible Management!!!! I’ve lived with tuscany for two years and been put in several situations that jeopardized my safety as a result of property mismanagement. The most recent one has really pushed me to my breaking point. My giant mirror in my bathroom fell unexpectedly and Tuscany could not have cared less, and have taken zero steps to properly rectify the situation. As you can see from the photos, this was not a minor maintenance request, though Tuscany treated it as such.

Great apartment complex that’s actually affordable compared to many in the area. One of my favorite things after being here a year have been the staff that are always so nice and helpful. They’re always on top of things and make sure your issues are taken care of. I have had 1 or 2 minor issues while being here and the staff have really taken all steps necessary to take care of everything! The units are nicely remodeled and I have felt safe here especially after hearing reports from friends and others with break-ins repeated... read more

I've lived here since October of 2014 and I've noticed that the management has gotten progressively worse throughout the years. I will try to highlight each one of the major issues that I've encountered so please bear with me. 1.) Picking up after your pets - I recently got a puppy in the last year, and I always pick up after him. If you live here and have a dog and do the same, you'll notice that it will seem like you are the ONLY one that picks up after your pet as theres... Continue Reading
