For prospective renters searching in the Summerlin area: The location of this community is excellent. The surrounding area is clean, convenient, and desirable, which initially made this property very appealing. The pricing also appears competitive at first glance. I have so many things to say I am a resident here half the time the AC doesn't work the maintenance people walk in to your home with no warnings ( I was naked) also TODAY my CAR WAS STOLEN OFF THIS PROPERTY
I was shown the beautiful apartments by Karina She was very informative, very professional. I am definitely considering making these apartments my new home.
5 star reviews are false. Windows not glazed in every apartment room, my son was often ill with his cold room. Pull out your stove and you will see just how well they clean between tenants. The location is great, but these are not luxury, just linoleum and cheap paint. Nice staff, but that doesn't offer much when you are in your dumpy apt.
