I’ve lived in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas for 4 years and Tuscany apartments/townhomes are by far the best place so far. Fantastic front office staff and maintenance teams. Requests to have something fixed are typically done within 24!hrs. The location near downtown Summerlin and Boca Park are ideal with tons of shops and restaurants. And if you enjoy walking there are plenty of walking paths nearby and even the streets are tree-lined. Oh! And they just update and renovated the pool and outdoor common space. This is my second review of Tuscany. I just wanna emphasize the service team here, Chris and his team are absolutely phenomenal. They answered my repair request promptly, changed out my dishwasher, fixed all my repair requests in a timely fashion. Thank you, Chris. I appreciate your help!

Having been a resident at Tuscany for a few years, I’ve seen plenty of staff come and go, but Sonia stands out above the rest. She brings a level of genuine customer care that completely transforms the experience of living here. Just yesterday, I was locked out of my apartment after losing my keys. Even though Sonia was running the office completely solo without maintenance on-site, she didn't hesitate to step up and cut a new set of keys for me herself just to help me out. My parents stopped by on Thursday and initially felt a bit discouraged after a unwelcoming first impression. However, as soon as Sonia stepped in, it turned into the best experience they’ve ever had!
