Great Customer service, although this week there has been a lot of changes the staff has been great with communication. Thank you to the office staff for great customer service. Also thank you to Sonia for always ensuring residents are being herd and supported, thank you for always following up with residents and thank you for always delivering when it comes to letting us know service requests will be completed. You truly have been a great addition here at Tuscany and we hope you are here long term.
I have been living here for a few years now and this has been my favorite complex ever. There was a time were the property did slow down but that was due to lack of staff. But has been major improvements. I do want to highlight Sonia, for always ensuring that residents are being heard and ensuring that service request are addressed properly. This past weekend thank you Sonia and Andrew for everything.
My boyfriend and I will be moving in August, and Rene and Brandon made the entire application process seamless. They guided us through every step, secured our approval, and had our lease agreement ready for signature within just two days. Rene was exceptional during our property tour—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. I enjoyed my time living at Tuscany initially, but the management and maintenance operations have severely declined over the last month and a half. Within the last 45 days, my AC has broken down three separate times. Each time I submitted a service request, it was marked as "resolved," only for the exact same issue to happen again days later. During the first incident, I was left without air conditioning for over 72 hours because the maintenance supervisor claimed the weather wasn't hot enough for my request to be a priority... read more
