Honestly, this has been such a frustrating experience. I went into the office on October 5th, turned in my keys, and told the leasing agent I was moving out. She literally told me my mov out would be processed that same day, yet I’m STILL being charged rent for an apartment I don’t even live in or have access to anymore?? I’ve lived in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas for 4 years and Tuscany apartments/townhomes are by far the best place so far. Fantastic front office staff and maintenance teams. Requests to have something fixed are typically done within 24!hrs. The location near downtown Summerlin and Boca Park are ideal with tons of shops and restaurants. And if you enjoy walking there are plenty of walking paths nearby and even the streets are tree-lined. Oh! And they just update and renovated the pool and outdoor common space. This is my second review of Tuscany. I just wanna emphasize the service team here, Chris and his team are absolutely phenomenal. They answered my repair request promptly, changed out my dishwasher, fixed all my repair requests in a timely fashion. Thank you, Chris. I appreciate your help!
