The Girls in the office are so nice & helpful! I had a issue with the water heater and they sent Robert the maintenance worker over asap and he fixed the issue on a Sunday! Great place to live!

I live here currently. Everything was ok until summer hit. If yall enjoy a hot living space then this is the spot for you!! Very inhumane I do NOT recommend
Daniel is ALWAYS very helpful! He explains things, is efficient and friendly. Today he replaced my batteries in my smoke detectors to avoid anything going off in the middle of the night. Thanks to Tuscany for having Daniel on staff for us all! Thanks!
I toured Tuscany Apartments recently and was really impressed with how well kept the property was. Although I ultimately moved to another part of town, I really appreciated the assistance I received from Jess during the leasing process. She was friendly, informative and made the experience very easy.
