Daniel is ALWAYS very helpful! He explains things, is efficient and friendly. Today he replaced my batteries in my smoke detectors to avoid anything going off in the middle of the night. Thanks to Tuscany for having Daniel on staff for us all! Thanks!
I toured Tuscany Apartments recently and was really impressed with how well kept the property was. Although I ultimately moved to another part of town, I really appreciated the assistance I received from Jess during the leasing process. She was friendly, informative and made the experience very easy.
First of all I would like to take the time to appreciate the office staff - both Shanaiya and Sheilyn were so welcoming. Sheilyn was very informative and very transparent. You can tell when someone loves what they do. Sheilyn - gave outstanding customer service as well as professionalism. I would definitely recommend coming here and getting information from her.
