BE CAREFUL – I felt this was a good place to live however, the last month I was there I needed to pay my rent late and made arrangements to that end (first time I had to do that in a year and a half). When I received my deposit back they charged me the late fee which they indicated they would waive. They promised to reimburse me over the last year and in between 2 people leaving the company and talking to another new person this morning. . .there will be no reimbursement. CHEAP SHOT!!!
