I would like to say Thank you to the Assistant Manager Sara Palacios. I called and ask for some information that I requested, and she was very helpful. It’s nice when you come across a person that still offers great customer service, you do not find that much anymore. Sara is very professional over the phone and on email. I just moved in. The reason I'm posting on the reviews part is because I have a flat screen TV box a picture frame box and a couple other large U-Haul boxes gently used to anyone who needs them. If you need them please comment here.

Been here for 8 months. The location is great. The apartments themselves have a ton of storage, big closets, good layouts, quiet, and the grounds are nice. I'd recommend it to anyone! #ILoveTuscanaBay
Tuscana Bay is a at a very good location in Corpus Christi with various merchants, offices, stores and schools nearby. There was a time I was very so preoccupied and stressed with pending finals for school, and I misplaced my garage remote and could not find it. I went to the office to ask for another remote, and Sara came out of her way and went to my apartment and garage to help me find it. And indeed, she did. I was so greatful she found it. Make sure you ask them if the apartment building your getting into has plumbing issues! Been here over a year and twice my apartment has flooded. Maintenance guy casually says yea this building has plumbing issues! Wtf? Beware! �
The only reason there are 2 stars is its a decent place as far as quiet. Had multiple things break while living there. But Leaving, I called a month before scheduled to leave and gave my date. The girl never informed me i needed to give written or come in to fill anything out. Then the manager told me in another phone call that since i was paying Month to month it didn't matter. Then i get an $782.00 bill for "no notice given" which is BS. Unbelievable.
