Horrible customer service - huge turn over of employees - I had an issue and several people tried to help resolve it and failed - poorly run - inconsistent - owner does NOT care and lives in another state. I have been a customer there for well over 30 years and every year I spent thousands of dollars on their goods and services. That was when it was Kimberly’s, not Tuscan sun.
