Great Staff and Houses To Choose From !
Tuscan Sun Property Management won’t replace any air filters for their tenants after the extreme smoke and hazardous air quality we’ve had since the #carrfire. This is maintenance that they handle per our rental agreement. They will not replace them even under these conditions because they “just did a few months ago”. Shows just how much they DON’T care about their tenants or our health.
I currently rent from Tuscan Sun and I absolutely love them! They have been so workable with me while Maintaining professionalism and a great attitude towards my situation. Anytime I had a maintenance issue they were prompt and professional and I am always met with the biggest smile from Jaime when I go into the office for anything. I highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family as they have made my moving experience an extremely pleasant one! Thank you so much Michele and your entire staff I appreciate you �

Horrible company! They will rent to anyone, and bring the rift raff into good neighborhoods... owners please stop letting this company manage your places. I tell everyone to stay far away from this company and any adjoining areas they rent out. Check out yelp reviews, there's more info there. 2nd place I've moved and they seem to take over the area and it's not the same... zombies in and out all night long, working on cars at 2 am .. You can complain all you want to them, they never do anything as long as they are collecting... read more
