Tonight the food and service was great, the only bad thing that i got my food before the kids ever got to make there pizza.
I ordered a to go order at 7:39. They said it would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. We stuck around town for a little while, and just got my food at 8:20. Customer service her has gone to down hill lately.
I have celiac disease and ordered a gluten free meal.I was violently ill later because the meal was obviously not gluten free.Talked to the general manager,was only refunded the cost of my meal.Nothing on the tax & the 20% tip we gave our waitress.Pretty sure she didn't really make sure my meal was safe.The food was delicious, but won't try it again.
I guess this place changed owners/management. We used to LOVE this place, today was a nightmare. We were sat at a dirty table (tablecloth was covered in the last tables meal :P), slow service despite the restaurant being empty and waitstaff admitting it was a slow day, we were sat way in the back corner on the other side of the bar, they were out of salmon(the dish we wanted), they stopped serving their seafood with red sauce dish I always get, we ordered and about 10 minutes after that they come tell us they are out of salm... read more
This once was a regular dining spot for my family, but after our experience tonight, I'm not sure we'll ever be back. My daughter's pizza came very undercooked. I sent it back, and it came back burnt on the outside and still doughy and undercooked inside. I asked for a manager, in which she stuck her hands all over the pizza to ensure I had a legitimate concern about the food. Went in to eat at 4 today and took 10 minutes for us to get our drink order because our poor waitress was the only one working and said that management didn't properly staff people so the poor girl was doing everything including making pizzas. After ten minutes and her finally bringing us our drinks we order and she offered us Parmesan to top off our pastas.
