Service was much slower than usual. We have always had a great experience in the past, but the last visit was lacking. Took too long to get our drinks. You should not have to ask for silverware either. Even that took some time it seemed. Thinking maybe we either got a rookie waiter, or one that just really did not care. We will return though. Food is always good
Best food and atmosphere EVER! My kiddos had the best time there ♡
Very good food. Was crazy busy, but understandable for it being the day before Thanksgiving when no one wants to cook. Only bad thing was the ovens we're too occupied by meals to make more bread. Other then that great service!
This place has changed hands multiple times in the last few years. It used to be fabulous. We used to eat here weekly and stopped coming for months after new management took over. We gave it another try and it still wasn't up to par. Tonight, the service is lacking. We never got ANY bread. The food is of poor quality and isn't made from fresh ingredients anymore. It was barely warm. I won't give this place another shot or another dime of my $. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Walking in, i was impressed with the ambiance, however we received horrible service. We will not be returning.
We used to love this restaurant, but we came tonight with a group of friends and had the absolute worst service I've ever received, from start to finish. We spent a total of 2 hours here (not by choice) and asked multiple times to have our drink orders corrected. It took over 25 minutes of just sitting here before our drinks were even brought out to us, only to find half of the orders were wrong.
