Finally made it to Tuscan Pig last night. There were 10 in our party and all thoroughly enjoyed beginning with appetizers, gnocchi in pink sauce were outstanding and ending with decadent desserts. Rudy was a very gracious host and so informative about menu choices. Our group had a variety of entrees. Family lasagna, Spaghetti and meatballs, Eggplant Parmesan which all were excellent. We had Chef come out to applaud her talents. Thanks Miriam and Rudy. We will return.
Had lunch with friends everyone loved the food especially the desert. Tiramisu amazing!!!

8 people from my office had lunch there today and all of our food was delicious and we were too full for desert. Plan on doing this again and the service was very good for what Rudy called their soft opening! Great food and service for a reasonable price!
Love the Service and the Penne Pasta with Pink Sauce topped with sauteed diced chicken was so delicious!!
I have eaten here twice...this week! The food is outstanding. Attentive service, love the appetizers and spectacular lasagna! Next week i may go only once, but not making any promises.
Longview has fallen short on Italian food for years. My dinner date and I both loved the food and the sincere service. The byob policy is another good reason to go. They do charge you a corking and glass fee though.

I have never had anything here I didn't like! I'm so happy you are now open for dinner. This is the best dinner and dessert I've had in Longview. We will keep coming back!
