saw Dr. Arnold in December 2017. I changed to a different practice in April 2018. I paid my copay and my insurance paid for that December visit. I found out yesterday he cancelled a prescription he wrote me in December for my insulin. I paid him for the prescription he wrote and don't think he should have cancelled it. The insurance person said my pharmacist refused to fill it. That is a crock. The pharmacist is the one who let me know the doctor cancelled.
