I went for an oil change last friday, and before I could make it home, the underbody panel fell from not being properly secured after oil change. When I called to report the problem to Tuscaloosa Ford several times without an answer, I left several messages with NO RESPONSE, and it's been 5days now, and still not even a returned call.
Everything is good so far except my headlights needs adjusting
