The staff and the doctor Reddy is very professional they explain everything and all of the procedures of what they are doing they answer all questions of your concerns I will definitely recommend them to anyone they make me feel safe of what's they are going to do
Everyone i came in contact with was super nice, friendly, and professional.
I have BC/BS insurance did all the prep for the procedure, this morning at check-in I had to pay $500 upfront before the doctor seem me. I wished they would have told me before came. Sometimes providers do that, I guess they thought they wasn't going to get paid, when they file the claim I'll called the insurance company to see If I qualify for a refund. Overall friendly staff just want use them again.
It is amazing to be out of pain thanks to Dr. Jala! After years of suffering, he preformed a procedure by which he when through my lower abdominal area where two nerves were deadened thereby relieving my pelvic, tailbone and cancer's surgery pains. Dr. Jala was so very gracious and understanding helping me to learn what was going on. He has a great patient rap-port and delightful sense of humor as well as being professional..
