Master David is an excellent instructor and the Shaolin-Do school has a ton of techniques, katas and forms to teach. Everyone is warm and welcoming and very helpful.
Great martial arts class! A lot of material is covered in the disciplines of ancient teachings, through the Shaolin temples of China, carrying to Indonesia, and to the States. You have the options of learning Tai Chi (internal) and/or Kung Fu (external). The pacing is adequate, based on your will, and determination to learn. Sparring techniques, katas, weapons, forms, sparring, and self defense are taught by a very knowledgeable instructor, Sifu David.
Its great there. They really made my son feel welcomed and they have taught him a lot!
This is a great class, the people involved are extremely supportive and kind. It is an awesome thing to witness the growth in each others abilities and attitude. Truly inspiring and humbling, this class not only builds confidence but understanding of ones self. I am absolutely grateful to be involved in their class.
