The customer service was horrible! I kindly asked the "owner" how long would the wait be and I was rudely told "you can go you can go" in a very very ugly tone. I've never experienced this kind of customer service. Obviously the owner only cares about making money and not pleasing his customers, would not refer them to anyone

Had new tires put on and the worker didn’t give me back my tire lock back . I went back and asked about it and the guy who changed my tires walked behind his bench and brought it to me suspiciously like he got caught. Never had a problem here before, but not sure about going back either.
RecommendedFor all your tire needs , New , Used and repairs I highly recommend Tu’s Tires . The prices are reasonable and the work is top notch . They also do auto repairs . Check them out.
Almost got scammed at Tu's Tires today. I needed 2 back tires, wanted used. Main guy there tried to sell me a tire too small at least one of the workers noticed that and told me before he put it on. The manager im assuming told me it was the same tire, just a different model and essentially and would be fine. Oh and that used tire? Had a nail in it and tried to sell it like that anyway. Female buyers beware!
Fast friendly and inexpensive! Never a long wait and I go about my day.
