Any end in sight for the tenants causing issues (ie: noise, having their kids play under your window, bump some ghetto music, and having loud conversations? hope someone can help us here.
Great place to live, nice management, but some rude and crappy neighbors, who only care about themselves, and zero consideration for others, especially at night, when we are supposed to relax....
Why can't neighbors be quiet and respect others' quiet time?
Can people please stop launching their trash in the trash can because it makes a huge boom sound? why do you feel the need to do this?
Any way tenants can stop locking their car with their key fobs, because the noise from the horn is pretty loud in some cases, and it is inconsiderate, rude and selfish. People are trying to relax,etc
Spacious but Older 3bd 2ba Typical Irvine Company establishment. A bit on the older side but spacious. Unit came with some bugs, but an exterminator will come free of charge, so no big deal. Housing office very friendly and responsive. Area is quiet with mostly young families and professionals. Laundry room: machines are equipped with credit card readers so you don't have to buy a pay card or fish for coins anymore. Bike path accessible through the community.
