Leo on the maintenance team is a huge highlight of living at Turtle Rock Canyon. He is friendly, attentive and quick to solve whatever maintenance issue comes up, big or small.
I have lived in the Turtle Rock Canyon Apartments community for sometime now and their maintenance service is PHENOMENAL. In particular, Leo Lopez is very attentive, on time, and his professionalism is above par.
I want to give a special shoutout to Leo from the maintenance team. He is an absolute pleasure to work with—always polite, professional, and incredibly hardworking. He tackles every task quickly and efficiently without ever compromising on quality. What really stands out is his friendly attitude and how trustworthy he is—he’s someone you can always rely on. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, and Leo consistently goes above and beyond.
I have lived here for 15 years and wanted to express my gratitude to the Leasing Office Staff and Maintenance Staff. It's a safe and clean complex and the Leasing Office staff, especially Natalie Mendez, has gone above and beyond to make our transfer possible to a new unit in the most prompt and convenient manner. Thank you, Natalie!!!
