Had a great experience at Turtle Rock! It started with Salome in the office! I went in because our freezer died. She immediately got Khriz out to look at it. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon. It couldn’t be fixed. Khriz got Manuel involved and they were able to replace it right then. They were extremely professional and worked way past their hours to get this done. They all worked extremely hard and I very much appreciated all of their hard work to get this done!! Great employees!!
Alan was- so nice - he not only fixed my outlets he replaced a filter, adjusted my stove drawer and...put together my leaf blower to clean my stairs!!! I have never had such a wonderful maintenance person do so much in such a short time. Alan is a real asset to Turtle Rock Apartment homes. Thank you, Fran
Living at Turtle Rock Canyon has been a huge disappointment, largely due to the poor management. Our experience with the assistant manager, Natalie, has been especially frustrating. She has consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor communication skills, and an unwillingness to help residents resolve serious issues. Been here 9 months and definitely the nicest place I've ever lived. Today I submitted my first maintenance request. It wasn't even any kind of emergency and Leo was on it within hours! He even called me to ask if I wanted him to chance a lightbulb that was too high for me to get to! The rest of the staff have been great too! So far so great!
