I've been living at Turtle Rock Canyon for over a year, and it's been a very pleasant experience. The grounds and amenities are clean and well-taken care of, the maintenance team is top notch and resolves any maintenance requests promptly, and the resident team is friendly and communicative. I had a great experience with Salome who assisted us in our apartment transfer process, and she truly went above and beyond to help us. Our moving experience was much less stressful thanks to Salome. Had a great experience at Turtle Rock! It started with Salome in the office! I went in because our freezer died. She immediately got Khriz out to look at it. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon. It couldn’t be fixed. Khriz got Manuel involved and they were able to replace it right then. They were extremely professional and worked way past their hours to get this done. They all worked extremely hard and I very much appreciated all of their hard work to get this done!! Great employees!!
Alan was- so nice - he not only fixed my outlets he replaced a filter, adjusted my stove drawer and...put together my leaf blower to clean my stairs!!! I have never had such a wonderful maintenance person do so much in such a short time. Alan is a real asset to Turtle Rock Apartment homes. Thank you, Fran
