Alan is the best, I had an issue with the sink late at night and he was here promptly and helped with it very late at night. He was always very good with any service requests and we liked him very much.
I had a great experience with the maintenance team today! Alan arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly fixed everything I requested. He made sure to explain what he was doing, double-checked everything before leaving, and cleaned up after himself. Everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciate the fast and efficient service!
I've been living at Turtle Rock Canyon for over a year, and it's been a very pleasant experience. The grounds and amenities are clean and well-taken care of, the maintenance team is top notch and resolves any maintenance requests promptly, and the resident team is friendly and communicative. I had a great experience with Salome who assisted us in our apartment transfer process, and she truly went above and beyond to help us. Our moving experience was much less stressful thanks to Salome.
