I absolutely loved living here! The maintenance team was amazing—always responsive, professional, and quick to address any issues. The grounds were consistently clean and well-maintained, and the community was always quiet and peaceful. It’s also a very family-friendly, kid-safe gated community. Just experienced my first maintenance service as a new tenant and Jose is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly , helpful and easy to talk to!!! He takes pride in his work and is committed to repairing things in the correct way!!! Kudos to Jose!!!!
I have lived in this apartment community for five months, and since the day I moved in, I have had to deal with loud noise from my neighbors almost every night around 2 AM. I have emailed management many times, spoken to the office in person, and called Courtesy Patrol repeatedly. However, the noise problem has never truly improved.
