Have fam member I take here. They continue to cancel multiple appts, last minute. This place has no customer service.
I have been a member for a few years now and am happy for it. The receptionist is very knowledgeable with awesome customer service. I recently took my children in for blood labs and Dr. Boer was great with them and took his time and really made them feel comfortable. My condition and overall health has been significantly better since visiting turtle healing band whereas the regular dr. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and prefer natural remedies over big pharm, we love it there!
I use to love this place. I bought my mom and dad. But today I am very disappointed. I called for a consultation, and they said 75 dollars and came right away. After the consultation, which was only 15 minutes, which is ok, the price was 150. What do I do with that say no I am not paying? I paid, and they lost 1200 dollars which I was going to come for a treatment. I never write reviews but this did really bother me.
