Ramsey Run proudly puts profit before people. This property seems to think that when residents have no income they will still have money to pay the rent. For some odd reason complex management is completely ignorant of the pandemic taking thousands of lives every few days and thinks their own issues are the center of the universe at the moment. Vast majority of other property companies saying come talk to us, let's make it work for you. Ramsey Run property managers say come to us and we'll help you get the hell out! should be absolutely ashamed of themselves
Your bank mortgages, taxes, insurance etc ‘continue to be due and payable on time?’ What about the same costs of your residents, the people who have actual jobs to do and can’t do them because of a life-threatening global pandemic, when all you have to do is sit around stoozing off them and calling it work? Appalling organisation. You deserve to be hit by a rent strike and your tenants should get organised.
