We recently took our four rescue kittens and their mama to Dr. Steve. He took his time with each of them, never made us feel rushed, and answered every question we had. We also appreciated that we never felt like unnecessary tests or treatments were being recommended. The day before the kitten exam, we also had an emergency with our other cat, Joe. I've been going to this vet for decades. They are so nice and reasonable and don't push a lot of tests, drugs, and services at you.
Very professional and friendly.
This was our first experience with this vet. Brought a stray in to see Dr Mahle. She was kind and attentive. Not rushed and legitimately engaged to teaching and discussing this kitty's needs. The entire staff was inviting, professional, and on time. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone in the area. It honestly warms our hearts to know that there are still vets out there that care about the animals.
Very understanding! Listened to us and didn't try to push anything on us our German Shepherd Puppy Willow didn't need. Willow was very comfortable there! Took time to explain everything to us. Great experience.
