Lived here for over 3 years, staff very courteous. Loved it. Would recommend anyone living here . Midlothian has a wonderful school district and you really get a small town feel living here.

Friendly courteous staff. Responsive to maintenance request. Quiet peaceful place with good neighbors.
I moved in at Turtle Cove at the end of December 2012. It seemed like a great place. I have placed numerous work orders to have MANY repairs done to my apartment and to this day only one thing has been fixed. The face on the thermostat keeps falling off and is inaccurate when it comes to setting the temperature, my bathroom sink leaks non stop. I can not use the hot water in the bathroom sink because it leaks even worse when I have the hot water turned on from under the sink. My light in my bedroom does not work, the string ... read more
Nice looking place, very friendly staffbut terrible response to maintenance issues. It has been almost 2 months since request has been put in and still nothing. My husband had to fix it himself. Great place to live if you dont mind doing your own repairs. Very cosmetically attractive but once you look a little deeper, not as nice as it seemed before.
Awesome office staff! The were very friendly, informative, and helpful. Great property, open floorplans with HUGE closets, and spacious kitchens.
