Don’t ever book with Turo, they cancelled my reservation as I was still in the air flying to my destination with my wife, nine month old new born and 8 year old son. After 2hrs of talking to customer service the most they offer was to book a new reservation, and for me to pay for an Uber to take me 20 minutes to pick it up! Never book with Turo! You will be sorry!
Beware when booking with Turo- the host who provides the cars can cancel your reservation (even after they have confirmed) at any time. You have no guarantee that your rental reservation will be ready when you arrive for pickup. Not a good business model. I'm not going to risk taking a trip, and not sure that my rental will be there.
