The most absolute biggest scam. Most definitely DO NOT rent from RCG Car Rental. I picked up a car and immediately noticed problems. The check engine light was on, the car was idling poorly, and the brakes were making a disturbing, loud noise. Today I tried twice to book a car for a few days for some business trips, but my attempts were in vain... After trying to go through authorization and then user verification with my wife, Turo simply canceled the reservation and charged us about 60% of the fee for their services… That’s how it is—these guys make thousands of dollars in a minute, and trying to get anything back from them is just a nightmare and a mockery of their customers!
